"I'm thrilled," Rivers tells me. "I'm thrilled about this because it means she watches Fashion Police!"
Paltrow raised some eyebrows this week when she was quoted in Harper's Bazaar magazine taking a jab at Rivers' face while talking about plastic surgery and other cosmetic procedures.
"I've probably tried everything," Paltrow said. "I would be scared to go under the knife, but you know, talk to me when I'm 50. I'll try anything. Except I won't do Botox again, because I looked crazy. I looked like Joan Rivers!"
Perhaps a truce is in order. Rivers says Paltrow has an open invitation to appear on Fashion Police.
"I would love her to come on the show," she said. "We'll have a big buffet of grass, nuts and frog droppings."
Wonder if there's a droppings recipe in Gwynnie's new cookbook.
