Actor puts his vacation home on the market for a hefty sum

Matt Damon stands to be about $20 million richer in the near future...at least if all things go according to plan!

The Oscar winner has officially listed his Miami Beach mansion for exactly that amount with high hopes for a buyer with big pockets and a penchant for waterfront views.

One glance at the immaculate abode and it's crystal-clear that the Biscayne Bay property is the epitome of luxury, offering endless opportunities to soak up the sun, lounge by pool and well, live the life!

So what will $20 million get you?
