Who topped OUT magazine's 2013 Power List of the 50 most powerful gays and lesbians in America?

It wasn't Ellen DeGeneres. The hilarious talk show host came close though, snagging the second ranking spot on the annual list.

Another celeb who managed to land in the top 10 this year was Frank Ocean, who shared last year that his first love was a man.

Meanwhile, designer Marc Jacobs came in 19 on the list. TV stars (in front of and behind the camera) Ryan Murphy, Suze Orman and RuPaul snagged 3, 28 and 50 respectively.

So who came in first? Tech bigwig Tim Cook, the 52-year-old CEO of Apple, nabbed the No. 1 spot again this year.

Other notable gays and lesbians on the list include political commentator Rachel Maddow (4), Anderson Cooper (5), Senator Tammy Baldwin (9), Neil Patrick Harris (13), Bravo's Andy Cohen (14), Jane Lynch (40) and "It Gets Better" founder and LGBT activist Dan Savage (45).
