Liam Gallagher is a true Belieber.

Yes, the Beady Eye musician (and former Oasis frontman) is an unlikely fan of 19-year-old Justin Bieber. In a recent interview with Shortlist, Liam, 40, praised the pop star's tardy performance last month in London.

"Anyone who goes on two hours late is f--king right in my book, man," he said. "All these so-called rock bands that sit backstage going, 'Hey, let's wait 15 minutes.' F--k that, wait two hours and 15 minutes!"

"He's kicked the f--king arse out of it–no one will beat that, ever," he gushed of the Biebs. "So get off his f--king back, man: I am a Belieber!"

Interesting. To be fair, Justin said he wasn't trying to be a "rock star" with his lateness. He cited "technical issues" as the reason for his delay and said, "There is no excuse for that and I apologize for anyone we upset."

Apparently, at least for Liam, no apology required.
