E! News confirmed today that Katy Perry has put up her massive seven-bedroom, 11-bath home for sale for a cool $6.925 million.
The luxurious abode was actually purchased by Russell Brand several months after he and Perry filed for divorce in December 2011, after which he relinquished all rights to the place to her.
As for the home, it sits on a massive three-acre compound near the famed Chateau Marmont and is described as a charming 1920s Mediterranean oasis wiith incredible views of the L.A. skyline and a lagoon-style pool with an impressive waterfall.
Additional features of the double-gated residence include a carriage house for auto storage, multiple guest houses, lush landscaping and small bridges detailing the pool area. Wow!
Sounds like a dream to us, but for Perry...It's probably safe to say it's out with the old and in with the new!
