Perhaps he was auditioning for a role in the upcoming Bling Ring movie.

E! News has confirmed that Parker Bagley, a former star of ABC Family's hit teen mystery drama Pretty Little Liars, pleaded guilty on Monday in Manhattan Criminal Court to misdemeanor petty larceny for allegedly swiping $7,000 in electronics and jewelry from a lady friend's apartment.

According to the criminal complaint,  the theft occurred when Bagley stayed overnight on Oct. 15. When the woman left him alone in her apartment the next day, she returned to find missing two iPads, a Blackberry, an iPod, three necklaces, a bracelet and other items.

A spokeswoman for the Manhattan District Attorney's Office told E! News that in return for his guilty plea, prosecutors agreed to drop a third-degree grand larceny charge—which could have landed the 23-year-old thesp a seven-year prison term—and sentenced him instead to full restitution.

Bagley paid half of the restitution amount yesterday and must come up with the rest of the cash by June 10.

When asked after the hearing what prompted the criminal case, the actor told the New York Daily News he was "not in the right place."

An aspiring musician, Bagley said he planned to get back to his music.

"I'm just glad they didn't find the bodies," he quipped outside the court. "I'm committing crimes and trying not to get caught anymore. That's the trick."
