Her secret: forced fitness.
"I force myself to go to the gym every day even when I don't want to," says the 25-year-old Jersey Shore alum. "I just force myself to go, and then I look like this."
"And that's the motivation?" asks E's own Alicia Quarles.
To which the starlet simply replies, "Yes."
Well, forced fitness has worked amazingly for Snooki, because she looks great and has lost an incredible 42 pounds after giving birth to her baby boy Lorenzo in August.
