In this sneak peek clip from Sunday's season finale episode of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, Kim wakes Kourtney Kardashian in the middle of the night, needing a ride to the emergency room for her severe stomach pain.
When Kourtney asks what's wrong, Kim has some big news to share: "You're gonna die," she says. "I'm pregnant."
It's happy news, and it looks like it put a truce to Kim and Kourtney's fight over Kim's snooping on Scott Disick, but there are still some hurdles.
