Khloé Kardashian Odom has always got her Lam-Lam's back—especially when he's wrongfully accused.

On Tuesday, the E! star slammed reports that Lamar Odom's charity, Cathy's Kids, was a scam or misappropriating funds in any way.

"All of the funds donated by Lamar and the other contributions to Cathy's Kids were used for one of the foundation's intended charitable purposes," Khloé wrote on her blog. "Not one penny went to help Lamar personally or any member of his family."

"No charitable funds were misused, and the IRS has repeatedly given Cathy's Kids a clean bill of health, confirming that there were no improprieties," she added. Khloé also pointed out that Lamar has "personally contributed approximately $2.2 million to his foundation."

The couple said in a statement that since 2004, Lamar’s foundation has been "committed to help causes that are focused on finding a cure and helping people who suffer from the disease.” This is done in honor of his late mother, Cathy Mercer, who passed away of stomach cancer when Lamar was 12.

Khloé explained that in addition to helping fund cancer research, Cathy's Kids strives to benefit underprivileged youth. As part of  accomplishing that goal, the organization has helped to fund multiple AAU basketball teams that have provided opportunities and financial support for inner-city youth on their path toward success, and many of the participants have gone on to college.
