Make a movie, tiny blond one. Make a movie like the wind!

As if we all weren't already excited about the Veronica Mars movie becoming a reality, creator Rob Thomas just shared some good news on the project's Kickstarter page.

Jason Dohring, who played fan favorite Logan Echolls, aka Veronica's (Kristen Bell) "epic" love (Shut up, Duncan fans, if there are even any of you!), has officially signed on for the film.

"Jason Dohring is officially on board for the Veronica Mars movie," Thomas wrote on the Kickstarter page. "We now have three actors officially cast. Veronica. Logan and the waiter who says, "Your check, sir."

He adds, "Don't worry. We're busily working on bringing your favorites into the fold. As a Veronica Mars backer, you'll be the first to know."

As we exclusively reported, Bell's real-life beau Dax Shepard, whom she recently welcomed her first child with, will be making a cameo in the film and Thomas plans on having Max Greenfield return as Deputy Leo. Thomas recently posted a sneak peek at the film's script, which also teases Percy Daggs' return as Veronica's BFF Wallace.

The Veronica Mars movie will go into production this summer and is looking at an early 2014 release date.
