If the first promo for True Blood's season six is any indication of what's to come, fans are in for one heck of a ride.
In the jam-packed 30-second preview, we get a glimpse of a bloody Bill turned Billith, a hunky Alcide ripping off his shirt, and a creepy quick look at what appears to be a new villain.
An eerie voice over fades in, warning, "the tyrant is rising…it is the beginning of the end."
Sookie, Tara, Pam and a slew of other main characters from the show also pop up in the preview, and it looks like they're all in for some serious drama in Bon Temps.
The sixth season of True Blood debuts June 16th on HBO.
