LeAnn Rimes Rocks New Haircut—Check Out the Before and After!

On her way into the salon, singer promised an onlooker she'd "look way better" after her appointment

When a gal's rockin' a new hairstyle, nothing can faze her. Not even a parking ticket.

LeAnn Rimes showed up at a West Hollywood salon with her hair in a bun this afternoon (reminiscent of the bun she's been sporting for week) and emerged with freshly tousled waves, her highlights gleaming.

On her way into the shop, Rimes told our source, "I am going to look way better when I leave."

It was still the same 30-year-old singer wearing the same white crochet top, black leather jacket and paisley pants...but yes, there was a new spring in her step.

We hear she was all smiles on her way out—and the source says she continued to smile even when she returned to her car and found a parking ticket on the windshield.

WeHo parking is really the worst. But at least Rimes drove away happy.
