James Franco followed the Yellow Brick Road to a different sort of magic kingdom.
The Oz: The Great and Powerful star made a pilgrimage Thursday to Disney California Adventure, a new theme park the Walt Disney Co. opened last year in Anaheim.
While there, he posed for a picture with Uncle Walt—or rather, a bronze statue of the legendary 'toonsman and his BFF Mickey Mouse called "Storytellers."
Of course, the 34-year-old Franco has forged a strong connection to the Mouse House, playing Oscar Diggs in Disney's prequel to The Wizard of Oz, which has cast a massive spell on the box office. The blockbuster raked in $363 million worldwide since its release three weeks ago, making it the highest-grossing film of the year so far.
