STARPICZ / Splash NewsRob Kardashian apparently had a rough day at the gym on Wednesday. Unfortunately, it had nothing to do with his actual workout.
A rep for the Beverly Hills Police Department confirmed to E! News that the E! star allegedly got into an altercation with a female paparazzo who supposedly photographed him while he was changing his shirt.
Kardashian is said to have gotten ahold of the camera, removed its memory card and left with it.
Authorities do not know if the pictures were taken inside a parking garage, but if so, the garage is considered private property.
However, a source tells E! News the shutterbug was actually in a public garage.
"There are a few places connected to the gym," says the source. "Rob came out of the gym with no shirt on and the photog started taking pictures. Rob ran over to the car, reached inside and yanked the camera from the female photog, cutting her face and causing her to bleed. Rob then took the card out and gave the camera back, saying, 'I will pay you next time I see you!' The photog went directly to the police station to file the report."
A rep for Kardashian is not commenting about the alleged incident.
Meanwhile, the Beverly Hills PD is investigating Kardashian for felony robbery, because he allegedly took the memory card by force. No word, though, on when the investigation will conclude or if the DA will decide to charge Kardashian with a crime.
