Those who think they have pop star Kesha figured out might want to watch the trailer for her new MTV docu-series Kesha: My Crazy Beautiful Life, premiering April 23 at 11 p.m.
There are definitely things shown that you'd come to expect from music's wild child. Taking shots, dressed head-to-toe in glitter, making out with bearded dudes and the like. But the trailer also captures what makes documentaries special, because we're getting a genuine look at the girl behind the onstage personality.
Filmed by her brother, Lagan Sebert, Kesha's docu-series follows not only her rising career, but also her struggles with certain bloggers targeting her family, losing her first love and thoughts of self-doubt.
