Where in Westeros are the Starks?!

That's the topic of today's installment of our countdown to Game of Thrones' highly anticipated season three premiere on Sunday.

We chatted with stars who make up the Stark family, Richard Madden (Robb), Maisie Williams (Arya), Michelle Fairley (Catelyn) and Isaac Hempstead-Wright (Bran) about what their characters are up to when the HBO fantasy hit returns...

Watch: Richard Madden Hates Love Scenes?

Robb Stark: Does the King in the North even want to be king? "He's never asked for it and suddenly he's the best man for the job. It's that thing that was built into him from his father, which is when you can see what the right thing is to do, then do it," Madden explains. "And right now the right thing for him to do is campaign for the throne and take over the kingdom. There's no one else that can do it better than he can.

Of course, married life is also a big part of season three for Robb after his quickie wedding to Talisa (Oona Chaplin). While she wouldn't say much about season three, Chaplin teases, "Well, for those people who have read the books, they can probably guess there is an end in sight that's probably not very pretty. It's really heart-wrenching."

Arya Stark: When we catch up with the fan favorite, Williams says Arya "just got the coin and had all that weird face change thing and now she's got a quiet confidence about getting home. She's slowly starting to feel closer and she's worked hard enough that something good has to happen." But, she adds, "She's not exactly safe." Uh-oh!

Catelyn Stark: Woe is Catelyn, y'all! "Catelyn is still estranged from her son, Robb," Fairley says of the Stark matriarch. She becomes quite introspective and spends a lot of time on her own reflecting on her life, basically, and her actions; she becomes darker in season three." We'll also meet more of Catelyn's family, including her uncle and brother, when the series heads to Riverrun, where House Tully resides.

Bran Stark: Three-eyed ravens anyone?! "Bran is now on the road really, and his group gets two new characters, which adds a very interesting sort of new element and changes the dynamics of the group," Hempstead-Wright teases. "Bran's storyline picks up this season, because in previous seasons he hasn't really had a goal and now in season three he knows what he wants and he's heading towards something." As for the two new characters, they are "crucial" in helping Bran to understand his visions, he adds.

Rickon Stark: Still just straight up chillin'. (No speaking lines in the first four episodes aka total gangster.)
