The 28-year-old actress and her hunky BF went public with their romance back in November, and since the pair debuted as a couple, they haven't been shy showing off their love for each other in the Big Apple.
Johansson's rep recently shot down engagement reports after ScarJo rocked a suspicious ring on that finger.
