Looks like Sean Penn's son is really getting a handle on the family business.

Hopper Penn got into it with a photographer today in Beverly Hills while heading into a building on Bedford Drive with his dad, according to eyewitnesses.

The unidentified paparazzo claims that he argued with the young man and then Hopper pushed him.

Cops arrived at the scene and, though the photog showed them the footage he shot of the incident, we hear that he declined to press charges and no one was cited.

Hopper's dad, who's had more than a few run-ins with the paparazzi during his storied career (including one that resulted in jail time back in the late 1980s), was not involved in the fight.

This isn't the first time Sean's son has given the paps a piece of his mind, either. The lad was caught on video giving them the finger back in 2011—coincidentally, also on Bedford Drive!
