Lil Wayne is not only "more than good" after his seizure scare, he's ready to hit the road again.

In a brief video released to TMZ early Friday, Weezy gave fans an update on his condition following his hospitalization a week ago for multiple seizures, thanking fans for their well-wishes and saying he's looking forward to getting back to performing live.

"I just wanna say thanks to y'all for all your prayers and concerns and all that," said Wayne. "I swear to God I felt that love when I was laid up in that motherf--ker hospital bed. I want all of y'all to know that I'm good…more than good."

Sporting a red sweatshirt and waving a lollipop, the rapper looked relatively healthy, if a little weary, since being discharged on Monday, but didn't address reports that his situation might have been more dire than he let on.

Instead, Wayne talked about his new album, I Am Not a Human Being II, hitting stores Tuesday, and revealed he was still going ahead with his America's Most Wanted Tour, kicking off July 5. Joining him in the clip was touring partner and one of his "closest friends in the game" hip-hop star T.I.

Wayne signed off by saying, "Kiss my fist," and then, on a more serious note, repeatedly thanked everyone for all their prayers.
