Kim Kardashian has a serious case of looking fabulous!

The pregnant E! star decided against dressing down for her doctor's appointment Thursday afternoon in Los Angeles.

Rocking her new bangs, the 32-year-old chose an outfit that downplayed the growing baby bump while highlighting her curves.  

With a high-waisted black skirt and low cut button-down, Kardashian still had no trouble showing off that pregnancy glow.

We hope all went well for the gorgeous mom-to-be.
