Mary-Kate Olsen's 43-year-old beau, Olivier Sarkozy, has just listed his four-story former family home for a whopping $12.5 million—and the place is pretty incredible.
The 8,475-square-foot Upper East Side townhouse features six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, three separate entrances, top-of-the line security features and floor-to-ceiling windows in the master suite.
The simplistic black-and-white décor gives the mansion a clean, modern feel while the monochromatic master bathroom is covered completely in white marble.

The home is also equipped multiple fireplaces, a generous terrace and a sunroom with glass ceilings.
And if all that isn't enough, there is also a darkroom, a gym and a gallery.
Olivier used to share the home with his ex-wife, Charlotte Bernard, and their two children. He also owns another home in New York's Lower East Side, which he purchased last year for $6.25 million.
Mary-Kate and Oliver have been dating since last May.
