The Hart of Dixie star is essentially wearing a boring black, strapless dress—literally the oldest fashion trick in the book. That is, until your eye catches the cascade of pastel pink, peach and black fabric flowing out from the top of the right side.
The detail looks like one of those ribbons that a magician pulls out and it keeps going and going and going, but we think the real magic here is that the pastel fabric transforms this look from professional to party!
We do wish there was a touch of the other colors in her accessories, but we'll let it go this time. Because at least our favorite O.C. star left the top hat and rabbit at home.
