Lea Michele has Cory Monteith with her at all times, even when the cute couple isn't together.
The 26-year-old Glee star was spotted leaving Barneys New York in L.A. wearing a gold necklace spelling out her beau's first name.
In addition to her boyfriend bling, Michele sported a black top with jeans, black flats, a black Givenchy bag and Chanel aviator sunglasses during her shopping trip.

Monteith's gal flashed a giant smile and waved to photogs as she left the store with shopping bag in hand.
The couple recently returned to L.A. after heading to Monteith's native Canada for a friend's wedding in Vancouver.
