On Tuesday, Jeffrey S. Hubbard pleaded not guilty to all charges relating to the death of Usher's former stepson, Kile Glover, Georgia's Gainesville Times reports.

Hubbard, a family friend, was the driver of the personal watercraft that struck the 11-year-old boy on July 7, 2012. Kile, whose mother is Usher's ex Tameka Raymond, sadly passed away two weeks later after being taken off life support.

Per the Times, Hubbard's lawyer Jeff Talley entered a not guilty plea on his behalf to all charges faced, including homicide by vessel in the first degree, reckless operation of a vessel and unlawful operation of a personal watercraft, boat traffic violation and serious injury by vessel.

In honor of her late son's memory, Tameka asked fans and friends to support the Kile Glover Fund at Bank of America, whose goal is to increase water safety through the implementation of laws, policies and education.
