With Usher joining The Voice as a coach in season four, it's very smart of him to seek out advice on how to approach his new reality TV gig.

It's not as smart, however, to go to the Pawnee Parks Department to do that.

In this exclusive Parks and Recreation-The Voice crossover, Usher visits Leslie (Amy Poehler), Tom (Aziz Ansari) and the rest of the Pawnee gang to get help on his coaching skills. Everyone from April (Aubrey Plaza) to Jerry (Jim O'Heir) take a turn in the giant red spinning chair to showcase how they would approach the job as a Voice coach, and the results are both hilarious, and in Andy's case, very dangerous.

Sidenote: if you are not watching Parks and Recreation, you are missing out on some of the best comedy on television right now. Look! Even Usher knows Pawnee, Ind. is the place to be!
