The 32-year-old singer and 31-year-old actress arrived hand in hand to the private bash.
J.T. looked dapper in a black and navy suit, black scarf and fedora hat, while Biel made a fashion statement in black crocheted pants, white collared top and black coat.
Also at the party was Timberlake's "Suit & Tie" collaborator Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Jamie Foxx and Missy Elliot.
