Demi Lovato Gets Trashy, Paints Hands Black for "Heart Attack" Video Shoot

X Factor judge goes glam with hair and makeup in L.A. Thursday

Demi Lovato, what's going on here?

The 20-year-old singer was snapped on the set of her "Heart Attack" music video Thursday in Los Angeles. While her hair and makeup were super glam, her hands and wrists were completely covered in black paint and she was walking through piles of trash!

The X Factor judge, wearing a white robe in between takes, looked focused on not messing up her hands as she made her way past a graffiti-covered dumpster.

But don't think Demi's vid isn't going to be sexy. Earlier in the day, the brunette beauty  Instagrammed a sneak peek of some of the chic dresses, ornate bracelets, and high, high heels she planned to wear.

So how'd things go? "Amazing shoot yesterday," she tweeted Friday morning. We can't wait to see what she means!
