After managing to avoid the paparazzi for several months now, the elusive actress was spotted earlier today strolling around the street of NYC.
Sporting her new long, curly blond hair, which she debuted on Twitter earlier this week, Bynes stepped out wearing white skinny jeans, a denim jacket, large sunglasses and the same red beanie she donned in Monday's twitpic.
The edgy cheek piercing she got back in January was also visible.
The 26-year-old She's the Man star carried only her cell phone while walking past cabs along the busy street.
Bynes hasn't been snapped by photogs since back in November when she was caught trying to hail a cab in the Big Apple.
