Liam Hemsworth may not be moving on from Miley Cyrus, but it looks as if the actor has a new place to move to if he so chooses.

E! News has exclusively learned that Hemsworth's parents purchased a bachelor pad in Australia for their son late last year for $1.6 million.

Situated on 6.2 acres, the spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom property is surrounded by sand dunes and has a beautiful view of the ocean.

And according to a source, the pad is where the Hunger Games star has been staying as he continues to spend time Down Under sans Cyrus.

Hemsworth was spotted this week buying items for the home, including household cleaning items as well as food and beverages.

The 23-year-old has been spending quite a bit of time with family and friends in his native Australia this week, and a local source tells E! News that Hemsworth is in a "relaxed mood" despite all the rumors he and Cyrus have split.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth "not giving up" on "rocky" relationship

"He doesn't seem especially sad [or] happy," says the source. "He seems to be enjoying seeing his family as far as we can tell."

Cyrus, meanwhile, has remained in Los Angeles as Hemsworth continues his vacation. However, an insider told E! News on Wednesday that [Miley and Liam] have been a bit rocky, but are not giving up. They both want it to work."
