It looks like the lights may be going down on Smash.

NBC has moved the musical drama starring Katharine McPhee and Megan Hilty to Saturdays at 9 p.m. beginning April 6, the network announced today.

The low-rated series, which attracted 2.9 million viewers in its last airing, had a 17-episode order for its second season, which NBC plans to air on the new night. Hey, at least it wasn't canceled?

NBC also announced several other scheduling shifts, including moving Go On to Thursdays at 9:30 p.m. for its final two outings on April 4 and 11. The New Normal's one-hour season finale will air Tuesday, April 2, at 9 p.m. after The Voice, which returns on March 25.

Celebrity Apprentice will expand to two hours beginning April 14.

Giuliana and Bill Rancic's new reality series Ready For Love will premiere on April 9 after The Voice.
