Yep, Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger's 17-year-old daughter has officially signed with IMG Models.

Ireland, whose stepmom Hilaria Baldwin is pregnant with Alec's second daughter, has been tweeting and Instagramming herself getting ready for the runway. Last week, the 6-foot-2-inch stunner showed off her svelte figure in an Instagram selfie. "I've got a ways to go, but hard work is paying off!" she wrote. Eating clean and training hard!"
