Think you have it all figured out who Sean Lowe will pick on The Bachelor finale? Well, our favorite rose-counter Chris Harrison hints that Sean's choice might be somewhat clear to fans who've been paying attention.

"Going into the finale, I knew [who Sean would pick]," Chris reveals to E! News exclusively, adding that going into the hometown dates he had "no idea."

On Monday night's season-ender, Sean will choose between his two finalists, Catherine and Lindsay. And while many fans are predicting Catherine (the sexy goofball from Seattle) to take it home, Harrison assures us there will be more than a few surprises in the final episode.

Naturally, Chris can't spoil who wins Sean's heart, but he can tell us that despite recent rumors that Sean and (former Bachelorette) Emily Maynard were recently flirting at an event (a report she shot down), Sean is "definitely still happy" with the show's outcome. Rumors have been flying that Sean is engaged and planning a wedding.

And despite backlash from fans for eliminating Desiree (the front-runner to be the next Bachelorette) and AshLee, Chris tells us Sean has no regrets. "Oh yeah, he was happy with Lindsay and Catherine [as the final two]," Chris explains. "I think he aspires and hopes and looks to have something like AshLee represents, I think that's what his parents have. But I also think that in the end he realized he's just not there yet, and she's a little more mature and a little further along than he is. Catherine and Lindsay are a little younger at heart and more fancy-free, where he can think, 'OK, that's a little more me right now.'"

And whatever you may think about rumors that Sean is a "born-again virgin," Chris says he believes Sean's strong values made for a great season. "Sean is a really religious guy and a man of high moral fiber, which he got from his family," the host with the most explains. "So that's the way the season went. If he would have been a playboy, it would have been a different season. This way it played, but I don't think that everyone can be like that, it's just not in him, and that made things interesting and very real."

And also much less traumatic for his chosen woman to watch the show!
