More trouble for Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans.

After recently being deemed a "liability" for the hit MTV reality show, Evans' attorney confirms the troubled mother of one is currently in rehab undergoing treatment for drug use.

"Jenelle is in a rehabilitation treatment facility in North Carolina to address any addiction issues for drug use," Evan's attorney, Dustin R. T. Sullivan, exclusively tells E!.

Sullivan did not specify how long Jenelle will remain in rehab, nor did he reveal the specific drug use she's being treatment for.

The rehab news comes less than two months after the MTV star filed assault charges against her husband Courtland Rogers and later suffered a miscarriage with ex-fiancé Gary Head by her side.

While Jenelle is in rehab, her husband has been arrested, and has still found time to tweet about it.

"They.got me...brunswick.coybty jail i am.on my way...write me ...sorry i got caught," he posted on his micro-blogging page.

Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office

Pender County Sheriff Deputy Chester Ward told E! News that they discovered Rogers had outstanding warrants on March 5 when they were dispatched to an unrelated call in Hampstead, N.C.

"We had responded  to a disturbance call but it didn't have anything to do with him. He and some other people were there and we will check and run identification to make sure they don't have any outstanding warrants and Mr. Rogers did," Ward said.

"He just happened to be at the residence," Ward added. "We put him in our holding jail and processed him here and Brunswick County picked him up this morning."

Brunswick County Sheriff's Office Public Information officer Emily Flax confirms Courtland Rogers "is in our detention facility." The total charges include four counts of assault on a female as well as two counts of battery on an unborn child. He was booked into the county jail around 11:30 a.m. after being picked up by authorities in Pender County, North Carolina.

Multiple arrest warrants for Rogers set forth gruesome details about the married couple's relationship. One warrant claims Rogers "unlawfully and willfully did assault and strike Jenelle Rogers, a female person, by picking her up throwing her against the wall, bashing her head on the wall, punching in her head, back, stomach and legs." The date of the offense is listed as Nov. 16, 2012.

Another arrest warrant details an alleged incident from Jan. 21, claiming Rogers "did commit battery on a pregnant woman."
