Taylor Swift Simultaneously Hits No. 1 on Both the Country and Pop Charts

Singer accomplishes it with her singles "Begin Again" and "I Knew You Were Trouble"

Taylor Swift is heating up the charts! And when we say charts, we do mean charts. As in plural.

Get this. The superstar singer has just hit—simultaneously—No.1 on both the country and pop radio airplay charts this week.

Swift's "Begin Again," landed atop the Country Aircheck/Mediabase Country chart, according to a press release sent out on Thursday.

Meanwhile, her single, "I Knew You Were Trouble," is now spending its sixth consecutive week at No.1 on Billboard's Mainstream Top 40 chart.

The huge accomplishment comes just two weeks before Swift is scheduled to kick off her highly anticipated The RED Tour in Omaha, Nebraska.
