Sadly, Anastacia is ailing again.

The "Sick and Tired" singer has announced via her website that she has been diagnosed with breast cancer for a second time after successfully surviving her battle with the disease back in 2003.

As a result, Anastacia's been forced to cancel all her upcoming performances, tours and travel until further notice. That included an upcoming European jaunt that was set to kick off in London on April 6.

"I feel so awful to be letting down all my amazing fans who were looking forward to 'It's a Man's World Tour,'" the 44-year-old songbird said in her statement. "It just breaks my heart to disappoint them."

According to her site, Anastacia still plans to forge ahead with writing and recording a new album despite the diagnosis and return to the road as soon as possible.

"Now more than ever, she is determined to live by her motto, 'Don't ever let cancer get the Best of You!'" added the statement. "A born survivor, Anastacia has one goal and that is to make a full recovery with the support of her family, friends and everyone around her."

We wish her a speedy recovery.
