AKM-GSI Lindsay Lohan can't catch a break!
The Liz & Dick star's former assistant Gavin Doyle was issued a subpoena earlier this year by the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office to testify during Lindsay's trial for a probation violation, E! news has learned.
The subpoena comes after Doyle revealed it was Lindsay driving the Porsche that crashed on the Pacific Coast Highway back in June. Lohan reportedly had told police Doyle was at the wheel.
She was charged in the incident for willfully resisting, obstruction, providing false information to an officer and reckless driving. Lohan was still on probation for her misdemeanor jewelry theft case at the time of the accident, and due to the charges, the Los Angeles City Attorney moved to revoke Lohan's probation in December.
Lindsay's next hearing is scheduled for March 1. Doyle is expected to testify sometime in the next two months.
