Matthew Perry Sells Hollywood Hills Home for $4.7 Million—Take a Look!

Well, it looks like the Go On star is ready to move on!

One very lucky buyer has just purchased Matthew Perry's Hollywood Hills home for $4.7 million—a whopping one million less than the property's original list price.

The modern-style home features three bedrooms and three and a half baths spread out across a generous 4,100 square foot floor plan. The home also boasts a theater room, indoor and outdoor fireplaces and a glass wall that retracts to reveal some of the most gorgeous views Hollywood has to offer. Let's face it—it's not very often that you find a home with canyon, city, mountain and ocean views.

The new residents can take their pick of places they'll enjoy their spectacular view from. There's the indoor/outdoor living area, the pool, any of the numerous terraces—even the tub in the master bathroom has a view that will take your breath away.

While we bet it's hard for Mr. Perry to say goodbye to this gorgeous property, one can buy a pretty nice replacement pad with that much money.

In fact, if Matthew is feeling the whole Flintstones thing, he can pick up Dick Clark's former home and still have a million to spare!
