And it's not a gentle mustard or pale buttercream, either. No, thanks to stars ranging from Claire Danes to Marion Cotillard to Frank Ocean to Julie Bowen, the message is clear: The brighter hue, the more lemony the color, the more on-trend it is.
And if that's not evidence enough, one look at Louis Vuitton's spring collection, with its mod-inspired checks in black, tan and brilliant sunshine, should do the trick.
But as trends rise, so must they fade.
Right now, we're seeing that demise in the field of eyebrows. (We loved The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo as much as anybody, but we'd like her better with brows.)
That's right, bold brows are back and better than ever.
