Spoiler alert! This article contains spoilers on a lot of Monday night's shows, so look away if you've yet to watch and don't want to know what went down. Seriously, if you complain about spoilers in the comments, you are the gum on the bottom of our shoe.

A whole lot of smooching went down on TV on Tuesday, with Jess (Zooey Deschanel) kissing yet another roommate on New Girl and one of Pretty Little Liars' ladies smooching a returning fan favorite.

Other TV highlights of the night included the introduction of one seriously good-looking pain in the butt on Smash, The Mindy Project's continued awesomeness and more...

Yet Another Roomie Kiss: OK, calm down New Girl fans. Yes, Jess kissed another roommate, Schmidt (Max Greenfield), but it was the most awkward, terrible and painful kiss ever, not like that fairy tale-worthy smooch she shared with Nick (Jake Johnson). Also, it had to do with the guys' hilarious "no-nail oath" that they all signed when she moved in. Tonight's outing once again perfectly progressed the Nick and Jess plot, with Nick eventually telling her he doesn't regret kissing her after saying it was a mistake earlier in the ep. And they were so about to kiss again before being so rudely interrupted. We are just loving the awkward line between friends who now know they like each other and early stages of a relationship these two are straddling.

New Girl Line of the Night: "Destiny may be a lady, but victory has a penis. Direct quote: Scott Caan," Schmidt, because, of course.

Wrencer Is So On: When Toby (Keegan Allen) is away, Spencer (Troian Bellisario) will play! And who better for the Pretty Little Liars beauty to move on from "A" Team member Toby with than hot doctor Wren (Julian Morris)?! Wren made the most of Toby's absence, asking Spencer out on a date and later kissing her. Get it, girl! While we loved Spencer and Toby together, we just can't get over everything he did to Spencer. (That said, this show makes us so paranoid that we're now afraid Wren will turn out to have a collection of black hoodies in his closet as well, but for now, we're just going to continue blissfully swooning over the British doc.)

A Dramaturge Brings the Drama: Finally, someone is calling Julia (Debra Messing) out on her shiz on Smash! Due to the lackluster reviews for her book, Eileen (Angelica Huston) brings in dramaturge Peter (Daniel Sujata),who is totally smoking hot by the way, to help the show out. And help he does, telling Julia her book is "two-dimensional" and lacks a whole lot of sex for a musical about Marilyn Monroe, one of the most iconic sex symbols ever. Julia and Peter have all the makings of a great love-hate relationship, so we're looking forward to seeing more sparks from the pairing in the episodes to come. (Also, we have never heard of a dramaturge before, but if they all look like Peter, where can we get one?!)

Mindy and Danny: How perfect are Mindy (Mindy Kaling) and Danny (Chris Messina) on The Mindy Project? Or should we say "Min" and "Dan"? Both characters on their own are already great (Watching Danny completely bomb on during the news segment after saying "vagina" was a thing of beauty!), together they are magic, which actually highlights how scenes without them aren't working yet. (In other words, we're still waiting for The Mindy Project to go from good to great, which hinders on the supporting characters.)

A Witch's Return: How great was it to see Shelley Hennig back on TV?! The former Secret Circle scene stealer, who played "good witch" Diana on the short-lived CW hit, made her debut on the FX hit Justified as Jackie Nevada, who shares a flirtation with Raylan (Timothy Olyphant). While she was only slated to appear in one episode, we're hoping she made enough of an impact (we definitely think she did) to make another appearance on the show.
