Jennifer Lopez has settled a lawsuit filed last April by her onetime limo driver, Hakob Manoukian, who claimed Lopez, her company Nuyorican Productions and her manager Benny Medina stiffed him out of promised payments.

E! News confirms that the agreement between the two parties was reached on Feb. 6 and a notice of the settlement filed with Los Angeles Superior Court on Feb. 8.

Jennifer Lopez sues former chauffeur for $20 million

The news comes less than two months after Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Joseph Kalin dismissed a $20 million extortion countersuit the singer-actress brought against Manoukian. In her complaint, Lopez accused Manoukian of threatening to go public with "potentially damaging" revelations about her unless she forked over $2.8 million.

The ex-employee's lawyers, however, asserted that their client was being punished after he sued her for wrongful termination and breach of contract. His Honor agreed and struck down J.Lo's cross-complaint on Dec. 21.

Manoukian's suit contended that he was owed on top of his $72,000 annual salary in the form of "production pay" for being on call whenever Lopez had a professional engagement, such as filming or performing. Manoukian alleged that the then-American Idol judge and her managers unfairly demoted him to being an "L.A. driver" and he was eventually axed in September 2011 without being properly compensated.

Terms of the accord were not disclosed.
