Save It or Sink It: Zero Hour Brings Together Anthony Edwards, Clocks and Nazis

ZERO HOUR ABC/BOB D'AMICO

Clocks and Nazis, y'all!

That's what viewers got a whole lot of when they tuned in to ABC tonight for the series premiere of Zero Hour, which marks ER's Anthony Edwards' return to TV. The dramatic conspiracy thriller centers on Hank Galliston (Edwards), the publisher of a magazine that debunks myths and cracks conspiracies, who begins to question everything he's ever believed in after his wife Laila (Jacinda Barrett) is abducted from her clock shop.

So now that you've seen the first episode, we're curious to know what you thought of Zero Hour?

Check out this exclusive Walking Dead poster!

OK, let's just get this out fo the way: Zero Hour is not our favorite new show of the spring season. Or this year. Or ever. (However, it does make for a fabulous drinking game if you take a shot every time the word "clock" is said.)

So basically, one of Laila's clocks (drink!) contains a treasure map that could lead to something truly terrible, which is why she was abducted, because bad people want to make something truly terrible happen. Fortunately, Hank and his magazine's myth-busting team, Rachel (Addison Timlin) and Arron (Greek's Scott Michael Foster), find the map and attempt to unlock its secrets, along with FBI agent Beck (Carmen Ejogo).

And we haven't even gotten to the Nazis yet.

So yeah, TV gold this is not, but Zero Hour is kind of like junk food. You know it's empty calories and you shouldn't eat it, but you find yourself eating it anyway. We'll probably keep watching Zero Hour just because it's so insane that we want to see what the hell they are going to do next. Again, Nazis are involved.

Now that you've heard from us, we want to know what you thought of ABC's Zero Hour. Vote in our latest Save It or Sink It poll and then head on down to the comments to talk it out with your fellow TV lovers. (Clock.)
