Fresh off the heels of his runway show at New York Fashion Week, Tommy Hilfiger brought his classic American designs to Los Angeles with the opening of his West Coast flagship store last night.
Much like his NYFW show, a parade of pretty people—in this case, celebs—struck poses in head-to-toe Hilfiger outfits at the grand opening.
And said celebs weren't shy about telling us why they love dressing up in Hilfiger.
"You know what, I'm wearing Tommy head-to-toe and I feel it's tailored and ladylike but still fun and fresh and it still feels like a fun, pulled together outfit," Olivia Munn dished.
The brunette beauty looked sleek yet sassy in a preppy blazer, striped button-up and denim shorts paired with an eye-popping clutch. Fellow attendee, Jessica Alba went a different route, embracing the winter white trend in crisply tailored trousers and a silk shirt by Hilfiger. As much as she loves the label, she revealed she's also a big fan of the man behind it.
"I love how fresh and young and classic Tommy is and I love that Tommy always supports great causes," she gushed, referring to the Tommy Hilfiger's Corporate Foundation's new partnership with non-profit P.S. Arts to develop arts education programs in local schools. "I love his passion for children and fashion."
Like Alba, Glee star Darren Criss, who looked dapper in a double-breasted Hilfiger blazer, sang the designer's praises.
"He's an American brand, he's kind of a staple for a lot of preppy, fun fashion and I sort of tend to veer in that side every now and then," he shared. "But on a personal level, he's doing this event in conjunction his work with P.S. Arts, which is a foundation I work a lot with. Obviously, arts education is incredibly important to me. Even if I didn't dig his clothes, I would be here anyway to be like, ‘Go Tommy,' not that I know the guy."
We may not know him either, but we will root for Hilfiger right along Criss. After all, helping others is always in style.
