Valentine's Day has taken a dark turn for Oscar Pistorius.

The "Blade Runner" Olympian has been charged with murder after allegedly shooting girlfriend Reeva Steencamp this morning, and now, the model's final interview with South African celebrity news site ZAlebs.com has been revealed just hours after her death.

In the interview, Steencamp was asked if she ever had a bad dating experience, and the Tropika Island of Treasure star confessed she "once had to get a restraining order against a guy."

"I went on one date with him and on the way home to drop me off, we had to 'pop by his place to let the dogs out' as he'd forgotten," she explained. "He didn't own any pets and after I told him there wouldn't be a second date, he moved back home with his parents because ‘his house smelled of my perfume.' Psycho."

And the stunning South African, whose life was taken so tragically soon, even had a sense of humor while chatting about her first crush:

"At varsity I had the biggest crush on a guy in my class. He turned out to be gay (another classmate broke the news to me) and now he is one of my best friends."

The celebrity site also revealed the kindhearted star was planning to speak to children today—on Valentine's Day—about "learning to love and value yourself before you can love others."

As for her final thoughts on the romantic holiday? The model said it's not about the chocolate or flowers, but about caring for loved ones:

"I've realized that although Valentine's Day can be a cheesy money-making stint to most people, it's a day of expressing love across the world. It doesn't have to only be between lovers, but by telling a friend that you care, or even an old person that they are still appreciated."

Wise words from the late South African star. Our thoughts are with Steencamp's family and friends.
