Downtown at the cheeky Le Look Smurfette show presented by CONAIR STYLE360, we spotted Kelly Killoren Bensimon, ushered in by a gaggle of girls, oozing with excitement for Fashion Week.

"I brought my daughter and her two friends; they just love coming with me to shows!" the reality star, who has her fifth book coming out this summer, explained. "Fashion Week is really exciting—it's a time to celebrate all of the amazingly talented people in the city. I really like how each designer kind of took that CBS Grammy dress code and applied it to their collection! No sexiness, no side boob...it's like fashion is all grown up this time."

Among the shows she's made it to this week? Dennis Basso, Badgley Mischka, Michael Bastian and a smattering of lower profile presentations by young emerging designers as well.

"I want to be a part of it all...I love to find the next big thing," she told E! News.

Perhaps it's this entrepreneurial spirit that's led the former model and ex-wife of famed photographer Gilles Bensimon to her next big thing: business school.

That's right, the former Real Housewife of New York is ready to hit the books and earn some serious moola.

"I'm going to Northeastern Online for international business and marketing. It's such a great opportunity for me to show the world that anyone can go back to school," she said. "Everyone in the fashion industry is always saying to me, ‘Oh, I can't afford to make samples, or I could never afford to do a show, can you help me finance my company?' I figured everyone's so worried about finding money, and thought, hey, maybe I can just become the money!"

See? We always knew Kelly was one class act.
