Frank Ocean, do your legs hurt? 'Cause you've been running through our minds all day.

That and the singer—slash Best Urban Contemporary Grammy Winner—was running through his entire 2013 Grammys performance...kinda! While onstage, the Channel Orange maestro stood behind a podium, playing piano and singing "Forrest Gump," while video projected on the front of the podium to make it look as if he were running the entire time. (Technology these days!)

The performance was a hipster play off of Tom Hanks' flick, which found him running across country, but we don't remember that Forrest ever wearing such a swag-tastic yellow suit.

Like the man said: Life is like a box of chocolates; you never know what you're going to get. But sometimes we get a flawless album and he gets a Grammy. Seems fair!
