Family may be what keeps Lindsay Lohan sane, but she's not exactly jumping at the chance to live with them.
Recent reports have stated that LiLo had decided to ditch her own digs and move back in to her family home in Long Island with her mother Dina Lohan three months ago, however, E! News learns that's not the case.
A source very close to the star tells us, "She's not living at home," and mentioned that Lohan currently lives in an $8,000 a month SoHo apartment in New York with a friend who splits the rent.
Our source also believes that Lindsay would probably hit up one of her numerous NYC pals if she needed a place to crash before ever moving back in with Dina.
But they do add that Lindsay does spend some nights back at home with her mom to see her little brother—"at max twice a month." Another source close to the family echoed that statement, telling E! News, "She spends her time in both Long Island and New York City."
