Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady's Baby: See First Photos of Daughter Vivian Lake!

We can officially confirm what we all assumed: Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen have one beautiful baby girl.

The good-looking couple touched down in Hawaii Wednesday with their two-month-old daughter Vivian Lake, and we have the exclusive first photos of their bundle of joy, who, of course, is cute as a button.

The model mama looked blissfully happy and content as she stepped out of the private plane, holding her little girl close and shielding her sweet face from the warm Hawaiian sun. 

The flawless fashionista also sported some seriously chic travel wear for the trip. She rocked white pants (where's the baby weight?!), a gray shirt, patterned scarf and stylish flats, and she kept her mini model warm in a stripped pink onesie (too cute!).  

Gisele's hunky man, beaming with pride as he helped carry all the baby gear, wore jeans, a basic button-down shirt and a newsboy cap as he doted on his adorable family.

The couple's three-year-old son and Vivian's big brother Benjamin enjoyed playing around the private plane as his mother cradled his baby sister.

No doubt, Tom and Gisele have a lot of celebrate since welcoming their little angel in December.
