Kim Kardashian did just that on Monday, dropping by a Beverly Hills salon for a mani-pedi.

Kanye West's girlfriend met up with pals Brittny and Lisa Gastineau for the afternoon beautification.

We know Kim's far too career-oriented to loll around barefoot and pregnant, but at least her toes will be pretty while she's on the run!
