While out for a walk Monday in L.A., the 20-year-old singer-actress paired her girly ensemble with some no-frills combat boots.

But while Miley girl might've looked amazing, she didn't feel that way. "such a beautiful day for being sick :(," she tweeted.
Fortunately, though, Miley's a trouper: "Ain't nobody who can hold us down," she wrote.
