Whether the look is long and luscious, like Stewart's, or short and high-fash, like Hathaway's, Abergel knows how to make a coif stand out on a red carpet.
His hallmark: Looks that are never fussy—think loose, and even a little wild—but always sexy.
His weapon of choice: A volumizer sprayed into the roots, followed by a solid bout with a lightweight blow dryer and a round brush with natural boar bristles.
If the results tend to remind you just a bit of classic sex bombs like Brigitte Bardot, it's no mistake; Abergel has named the '60s movie goddess, along with Grace Kelly and Dolly Parton, as his biggest beauty influences.
As for Abergel himself, well, here's long and short of it—pardon the pun. He left home at the tender age of 15 to pursue a career as a dancer in the Big Apple. But exactly two years, and one injured foot, later, Abergel was forced to pursue a new career, and the rest is hair history!
